Call for Expression of Interest in Construction of Administrative Buildings for the Department of the Counter Narcotics Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

On behalf of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA), the United Nations Global Service Center (UNGSC) is inviting all interested companies to submit their expression of interest to EOI #EOIUNGSC18885 for construction of administrative buildings for the Department of the Counter Narcotics Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

Lot 1 - in Talas city of Kyrgyz Republic, and

Lot 2 - in Jalal-Abad city of Kyrgyz Republic.

PLEASE NOTE that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.

Companies should express their interest to this REOI at

UNGSC on behalf of UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise.

UNGSC on behalf of UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to do business with UN, vendors must be registered as possible suppliers on United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM, www.ungm.org) and indicate vendor's UNGM number on the mentioned EOI.

We strongly recommend all companies to register at least at Basic Level.
