Policy brief: Development of a Comprehensive Long-Term Evidence-Based Migration Policy for the Kyrgyz Republic

The United Nations in Kyrgyzstan together with the Institute of Public Policy and Administration of the University of Central Asia presents a policy brief, produced as a result of a multi-stakeholder dialogue with participation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, development partners, academia, private sector and civil society. The brief gives a short overview of the current situation and trends in migration policy and presents a set of recommendations for developing a comprehensive long-term evidence-based migration policy for the Kyrgyz Republic.
