Procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables in the Kyrgyz Republic to be delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit sealed bid for the Procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic (ITB № 2021/FEKYR/REUTD/108453 https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/120897:

The registration with UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) is a mandatory requirement in order to participate in this tender

Bids must be submitted before closing date 11 February 2021 at 23:30 hrs Bishkek time through UNGM: https://www.ungm.org/

The tender documents required to fill out will be available only after registration on the above specified site.

Mandatory requirements / documents:

a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);

b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);

c) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “I”

d) Technical Specifications and Financial Form as provided in Appendix “III”.

e) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for goods.

Duly Accomplished forms for participation in this tender   must be uploaded into the designated Placeholders within the indicated deadline in “PDF” format (the size of the files does not exceed 5MB).

In submitting a request for clarification, please do not, under any circumstances, submit a copy of your offer or reveal any information about your intended quotation.  This will invalidate your offer.

BIDS RECEIVED BY ANY OTHER MEANS AND/OR BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID.
