Procurement of set of materials for drip irrigation systems to various locations of the Kyrgyz Republic

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit sealed bid for the  procurement of  set of materials for drip irrigation systems to various locations of the Kyrgyz Republic (ITB 2021/FEKYR/FEKYR/108823)(https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/122556)

The registration with UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) is a mandatory requirement in order to participate in this tender

Bids must be submitted before closing date 5 March 2021 at 12:00 hrs Bishkek time through UNGM: https://www.ungm.org/

The tender documents required to fill out will be available only after registration on the above specified site.

Requirements / documents:

a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);

b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);

c) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.

d) Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”

e) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”

f) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for goods and services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSLATIONS OF TECNHICAL SPECIFICATIONS IN ENGLISH IS OFFICIAL AND MANDATORY FOR COMPLETION, AND THE TRANSLATION OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS INTO RUSSIAN IS UNOFFICIAL AND PROVIDED ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE AND TO ENSURE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS BY THE BIDDERS.

Duly Accomplished forms for participation in this tender   must be uploaded into the designated Placeholders within the indicated deadline in “PDF” format (the size of the files does not exceed 5MB).

In submitting a request for clarification, please do not, under any circumstances, submit a copy of your offer or reveal any information about your intended quotation.  This will invalidate your offer.

BIDS RECEIVED BY ANY OTHER MEANS AND/OR BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID.
