Documentation of Programme Coordination Processes for the Spotlight Initiative in the Kyrgyz Republic

This document is intended to capture an in-depth summary of the above coordination approaches in terms of process, reflection on challenges, and lessons learned. For each process, the document describes the background of the approach, including rationale and objectives, the process (key implementation steps), the outcome of the process, lessons learned, and recommendations for similar programs wanting to replicate these

experiences.

The PCU wrote a detailed description of all four coordination practices and compiled all supporting documents. Then, the PCU engaged an international consultant to review coordination documents and conduct additional participatory learning discussions and key informant interviews with SI Programme staff, partners, and stakeholders. In total, over 30 people were consulted. International Consultant compiled description from the PCU and from consultations.
