Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits to be delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit sealed bid for the Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic (ITB № 2020/FEKYR/FEKYR/105659 https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/109161):

1) Goggles - 180 units;

2) Boots - 60 pairs in total;

3) Overalls Cotton  120 units in total;

4) Caps- 60 units;

5) Nitrile gloves- 360 pairs in total;

6) Gloves PVC - 120 pairs in total;

7) Masks- 240 units;

8) Nitrile industrial aprons - 40 units;

The registration with UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) is a mandatory requirement in order to participate in this tender

Bids must be submitted before closing date 18 June 2020 at 16:00 hrs Bishkek time through UNGM: https://www.ungm.org/

The tender documents required to fill out will be available only after registration on the above specified site.

Mandatory requirements / documents:

a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);

b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);

c) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.

d) Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”

e) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”

f) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for goods.

Duly Accomplished forms for participation in this tender   must be uploaded into the designated Placeholders within the indicated deadline in “PDF” format (the size of the files does not exceed 5MB).

All communications concerning this tender ITB № 2020/FEKYR/FEKYR/105659 should be submitted as soon as possible through the UNGM portal under the “CORRESPONDENCE” tab.

In submitting a request for clarification, please do not, under any circumstances, submit a copy of your offer or reveal any information about your intended quotation.  This will invalidate your offer.

BIDS RECEIVED BY ANY OTHER MEANS AND/OR BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID.
